Refund Policy

1. General rules
This Refund Policy applies to purchases and transactions made on SheriffSkins.com, operated by Caus Digital Marketing OÜ.
Items traded or sold are digital in-game items, including skins for CS2. These items remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation; you receive a limited right to use them in Steam.
All sales are final and non-refundable once the item is delivered to your Steam inventory.
2. Exceptions
Refunds are only possible in limited cases:
- Delivery fails due to a verified technical error.
- Duplicate payment is made.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is proven.
Market prices of skins fluctuate. We are not responsible for loss in value, and we are not liable if Valve imposes restrictions, bans, or locks your account.
3. Refund requests
Requests must be submitted within 14 days to finance@sheriffskins.com.
4. Processing times
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Chargebacks and disclaimer
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
