1. Introduction

Welcome to SheriffSkins.com ("SheriffSkins", "Platform", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Caus Digital Marketing OÜ, Reg. no. 17276976, Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10117 Tallinn, Harju maakond.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

The Platform enables users to buy and receive virtual in-game items ("Items") from Counter-Strike CS2. Transactions are conducted using the Steam platform, owned by Valve Corporation.

We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam in any way. Valve owns all rights to the games and items. SheriffSkins acts as an independent third-party trading platform.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and security

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Access and use of the Platform is limited to residents of countries where such services are legal.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, block accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Platform, subject to compliance with these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and we may request proof of identity (KYC) to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of third parties, operate multiple accounts, or share one account between several users.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, we may suspend or terminate your account.
• When you log in via Steam, we receive only your Steam64ID, not your login credentials. This may allow us to access your Steam profile details and inventory through the Steam Web API.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, Steam Trade URL, and all activity on your account.

3. Purchases and delivery

The Platform allows you to purchase Items from our inventory. Only digital in-game Items are supported; no real-world goods or currencies are transferred through the Platform.

Values are determined automatically by our pricing algorithm, based on market data and internal commission rates.

• Once an Item is delivered to your Steam account, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
• We reserve the right to cancel, decline, or block trades at our discretion.
• Orders are paid directly through the available checkout methods.

Daily limits may apply, such as a maximum equivalent of USD 3,000 per user. We may suspend or remove inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity, with 14 days' prior notice.

4. Refunds, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, and liability

All Item trades are final and non-refundable once delivered to your Steam account. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical error preventing delivery, duplicate payment, or proven unauthorized transaction.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days. Refunds, if approved, will be returned via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. A processing fee may apply.

• You may not use the Platform for fraud, scams, money laundering, bots or automation tools, market manipulation, or violating Valve's or Steam's terms of service.
• Violations may result in account suspension, cancellation of trades, and reporting to authorities.
• All content, design, software, and branding of SheriffSkins are owned by Caus Digital Marketing OÜ.
• Third-party trademarks, including Valve, Steam, and CS2, remain the property of their respective owners.
• No license to Valve's intellectual property is granted by these Terms.

SheriffSkins provides services "as is". We are not responsible for item value fluctuations, account bans, trade locks, or restrictions imposed by Valve or Steam, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

5. Indemnification, termination, amendments, law, and contact

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheriffSkins, its affiliates, and staff against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend, block, or delete your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect once published on the Platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of EU. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of EU.
